R&D Lab Technician（研发实验室技术员）
Reports To:
R&D Manager – Flux group
Principle responsibilities:
1.Perform routine laboratory experiments and sample testing according to R&D test protocols and SOPs, record experimental data accurately and timely.
按照研发测试方案及标准作业流程（SOP）开展常规实验、样品测试工作，及时、准确记录实验数。
2.Prepare lab reagents, samples and test materials; maintain lab equipment, conduct daily inspection, calibration, recipe setting and simple maintenance. 配制实验试剂、制备样品与测试物料；负责实验室设备日常点检、校准、程序设定及基础维护。
3.Organize and sort experimental records, test reports and raw data, ensure data integrity and traceability.
整理归档实验记录、测试报告及原始数据，保证数据完整、可追溯。
4.Cooperate with chemist to complete product development, process optimization and validation trials.
配合研发员完成产品开发、工艺优化及验证试验工作。
5.Follow lab safety regulations, keep laboratory environment clean and tidy, manage lab consumables and inventory.
遵守实验室安全规范，保持实验室环境卫生，管理实验耗材及库存。
6.Support sample preparation, stability testing and comparative verification work; assist in archiving lab documents.
协助完成样品制备、稳定性测试,对比验证等工作，协助实验室文件归档。
7.Other tasks assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
部门经理/主管安排的其他工作；
Position requirement:
1.College or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Chemistry or related disciplines
专业背景：大专及以上学历，化工、材料、应用化学等相关专业。;
2Familiar with basic laboratory operation, familiar with SOP execution, able to operate common lab analytical instruments.
熟悉基础实验室操作，能够执行SOP，会使用常规实验室分析仪器。3. Meticulous and patient, good at recording experimental data, strong sense of responsibility.
严谨细致：工作态度严谨，对数据敏感，注重实验细节与规范性。
4. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to cooperate with R&D team to finish trial work.
具备良好沟通能力与团队协作能力，可以配合研发团队完成试验任务。
5. Basic English reading ability for technical documents is preferred.
优先具备阅读英文技术文档的基础能力。
6. Strictly abide by laboratory safety rules.
严格遵守实验室安全管理制度。
