Job summary:
Responsible for process engineering of new products.
Principle responsibilities:
1、负责新产品的工艺、技术规范、产品控制计划以及PFEMA的编制；组织协调质量、研发等识别制程控制要求、风险等并制定对应措施。
Be responsible for creation of process, specification, product control plan and PFEMA; Organize and coordinate quality, R&D department to identify the control requirements, risks and preventive action.
2、负责在Styeline/CIS9系统里建立工艺BOM，维护及更新工艺路线、作业指导书、技术规范。
Be responsible for BOM setup in Styeline/CIS9, maintain and update the process routing, work instructions and specifications.
3、参与新设备选型, 制定设备技术规范, 负责新设备的工艺技术验收及试制生产。
Participate in new equipment selection, specification draft; in charge of process acceptance on the machine and trial run.
4、负责新产品开发阶段的生产试制，培训员工技能。
Be responsible for product trial run and operator skill training.
